The professional learning program was available for our agents looking towards mastering the subject matter of personal lives coverage. The content includes these topics:

The coverage guides have been read inside and out for comprehensive understanding as well as the completion of eLearning courses on each of the topics. Lastly, a final exam shows the extent of knowledge learned and gives our agents the title of Personal Lines Coverage Specialist. The course is not only beneficial for our company in receiving industry and peer recognition, but it also advances career professionalism and knowledge in a variety of subject areas to better serve our current and future clients.
