Responsibilities

  • Work with business owners, executives and leaders in the community
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Service client accounts and help with office retention
  • Manage/ Generate all certificates of insurance
  • Work with commercial team to manage brokerage business
  • Conduct client renewals & reviews
  • Help manage the new management system

Qualifications

  • Client focused sense of urgency and fast learner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Solid written and interpersonal skills including active listening
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize client’s needs
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Obtain a P&C insurance license within the first 90 days of employment
  • Team player with colleagues and clients
