JOB DESCRIPTION
The customer service representative performs the essential functions of the position, which include aiding Sales Executives and clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service responsibilities are required in this position. Meets service and sales delivery standards and performs essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Effectively communicate policy details, coverage options, and answer client inquiries
  • Renew policies for existing clients, ensuring continuous coverage
  • Proactively reach out to clients prior to their review to evaluate clients’ risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage levels
  • Analyze property and casualty risks to determine the most suitable insurance options
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records and policy documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing the clients concerns and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance industry knowledge and skills
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Previous work experience in customer service
  • Solid written and interpersonal skills including active listening
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize client needs
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Licensed or willing to obtain Property and Casualty license within 90-days of employment

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand our services within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, appetites and carrier processes and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
