Job Summary: The customer service representative performs the essential functions of the position, which include aiding Sales Executives and clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service responsibilities are required in this position. Meets service and sales delivery standards and performs essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency

  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to queries
  • Solicit further sales and solve or refer problems.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Previous work experience in customer service
  • Solid written and interpersonal skills including active listening
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize client’s needs
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Team player with colleagues and clients
