In his dedication to insurance, Billy started his insurance career right out of college. His abilities have allowed him to keep up with new trends to help properly insure his clients.

Billy received his bachelor’s degree in education and business Administration from Salisbury State University. He then received his Master of Business Administration from Salisbury University. Billy is Elite Farm Certified and is licensed in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health in Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Billy and the agency receive the highest awards for production annually from the carriers they represent.

He is also securities Licensed with his series 6, 63, 65.

Being a large part of the community, Billy is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association, AFAM #91, Alumni Board Salisbury University, The board of directors for Worcester County Farm Bureau, Mid Atlantic Agents Council, and the Boy Scouts of America.

Billy lives in Salisbury with his wife Kristin, and their three sons, Cooper, Griffin, and Rhett, along with dogs Maisie and Odin. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, fishing, exercising, and coaching football and lacrosse.
